STRONGA MODEL BL850 AGRICULTURAL TIPPING TRAILER
One of the most advanced and innovative large capacity agricultural trailers available today the Stronga BL850 has a huge capacity to shift materials in the field and on the road.
It is the flagship model of the Bulkloada trailer range for large scale operations in agriculture and when matched the high horsepower fast tractors, this trailer can really deliver.
The standard 30 m3 capacity equals a massive 27 tonnes payload of grain keeping pace with large modern combines and this increases to 46 cubic metres with pressed steel extension sides fitted making the whole unit a capable and superior performer, covering the increasing distances from field to store in large modern agricultural operations.

The signature Stronga curved body shape features two mid support bands, while the heavily ribbed underside with reinforced tipping point handles the massive vertical hydraulic cylinder.
Under floor formed supports ensure great torsional stiffness throughout the tipping body working in combination with Hardox steel reinforcement in high stress areas.
The hydraulic double acting up and over rear door with heavy duty rubber seal is standard on this model with the slim, strong, wide angle door design allowing clear fast material exit.
A hydraulic lock valve senses when the tipping body is down and prevents accidental rear door operation by the operator in transit.
Regular large shock absorption pads down the chassis eliminate noise and vibration providing a firm seating for the large body on the chassis.
Full width front viewing window provides operators with a clear view during loading and is available with an optional removable grille to protect the window from damage.
Extension sides are quick and easy to fit, increasing the capacity by nearly 50 % to 38.5 cubic metres for transporting bulky materials including silage.
External and internal access ladders allow safe, easy viewing or load sampling.
Substantial machined pivot points incorporate phosphor bronze brushes while the large diameter pins are greaseable and positioned to maximise the heaping ability of the trailer.
